Processing Time 

All orders are carefully inspected and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the confirmation of payment.

Retail Orders (D2C)

 We offer standard and express shipping across India.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on location.

Delays may occur due to external factors such as logistics disruptions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. 

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes. ORVINO MAISON reserves the right to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

Refused Delivery

Orders refused at the time of delivery may lead to restrictions on future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS, allowing you to monitor the journey of your ORVINO package.

ORVINO MAISON is not liable for delays or damages once the shipment is marked as delivered by the courier partner.
